  On Monday June 29th at approximately 9:30am; our main stylist, Ms Keisha Culmer, visited your store. "It's Beauty Time" located on 19487 South Dixie Hwy Miami Fl 33157.
  After being serviced by your store manager, Ms. Ingrid, Ms. Culmer decided to make another purchase, at which time she addressed your employee, Ms. Glenda Singleton. Ms Singleton initially attempted to assist Ms. Culmer, however, immediately became impatient and frustrated. Ms Singleton became further discourteous and disrespectful, using vulgar language; she insulted Ms. Culmer, she threatened her with violence and insisted she leave your place of business and never return. This incident was witnessed and overheard by your store manager Ms. Ingrid as it took place during business hours on your sales floor.
